Chelerythrine has anti-tumor, anti diabetes and anti Chemicalbook activity. Chelerythrine inhibited bclxl bakbh3 peptide binding with IC50 of 1.5 μ M. And replaced Bax from bclxl. Chelerythrine induces apoptosis and autophagy.
