Product Description

Garlic oil is a pale yellow liquid with a strong garlic odor. Garlic oil is a clear, transparent, volatile essential oil from yellow to orange, with a strong stimulating odor and the spicy flavor unique to garlic. It has a strong bactericidal ability (about 15 times that of phenol). Soluble in most non volatile oils and mineral oils, incompletely soluble in ethanol, insoluble in glycerol and propylene glycol.
