Product Description

Sulfachloropyrazine sodium is sulfa anti coccidiosis, the peak period is the second generation of coccidia, and the first
generation of fission also has a certain role.



Sulfaclozine sodium is a specialised anticoccidial sulphonamide, which is widely used for coccidiosis in livestock and poultry. It affects the synthesis of dihydrofolate by competing with dihydrofolate synthase, thereby inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria and coccidia. Its action on coccidia in poultry is similar to that of sulfoquinazoline, but it has a stronger antibacterial effect and can even treat poultry cholera and chicken typhoid, making it the most suitable treatment for coccidiosis outbreaks.



Impedes the synthesis of dihydrofolate and inhibits the growth and reproduction of bacteria and coccidia. It is rapidly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract after internal administration, reaching peak blood levels in 3-4 hours and is rapidly excreted via the kidneys. It is mostly used for short periods of time during coccidial outbreaks. The peak period of anticoccidial activity is the second generation of coccidia, i.e. the 4th day after infection. It also has some effect on the first generation of lysosomes. Its action against coccidia in poultry is similar to that of sulphonamide quinoline, but it has a stronger antibacterial effect against Pasteurella and Salmonella and does not affect the body's immunity to coccidia.
