Product Description

 Silybin, a natural flavonoid lignan compound, is extracted from the dried fruit of milk thistle, a plant in the asteraceae family. Its main components are silybin, isosilybin, silydianin and silychristin. Silymarin is insoluble in water, easily soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol ethanol, slightly soluble in chloroform.

This product can inhibit lipoxygenase and peroxidase. Clinically, it is used for the treatment of liver poisoning, liver dysfunction, anti-radiation and hypolipidemia.
A large number of studies have shown that silymarin and silybin compounds have a wide range of pharmacological activities. The main activities can be summarized as follows:
