Product Description

Poria cocos is the dried sclerotium of Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf, a fungus in the family Polyporaceae. It parasitizes the rhizomes of Pinus pinus pinus or Pinus massoniana, and reproduces when buried 20-30 cm below the soil. The inner part of the Poria core is white Poria cocos, the outer part is Poria cocos bark, and the sclerotia with pine roots is Poria cocos. Poria cocos belongs to Polyporaceae fungus, and Poria cocos skin is the dry epidermis peeled off when processing Poria cocos sclerotium.
