Transmin acid is a synthetic amino acid class of anti-fibrinolytic drugs, which can competitively inhibit the binding of fibrin lysine and plasminase, thus inhibiting the cleavage of fibrin clots and producing hemostatic effect. Transmin acid is a synthetic lysine analog, which can competitively bind lysine binding sites on plasminogen and plasminase, so as to competitively inhibit fibrin degradation, reduce fibrinolytic activity, and play a coagulation-promoting role.
