Product Description

Esculin is a bitter taste agent. Naringin dihydrochalcone, obtained by hydrolysis and hydrogenation, is a sweetener with a sweetness about 150 times that of sucrose, which is an effective component of Cortex fraxini. Esculin is a saponin extracted from the dried seeds of Horse Chestnut Tree.  It is also known as Esculin, Aescin, and Rosskastanie.
